I need FBI number to check my finger print status. I did my 2nd FP on Tuesday and wanted to verify the results. My online status still gives me informmation on my first FP.
I called this number but the automated response was that you need to call the agency that took my finger prints for that status.
I do remember that I called FBI 2 years ago when I completed my first FP.
Has FBI stopped giving out FP status on phone?
Any feedback would help.
