hi,

how can one inquire on the Name Check?

I tried Tel: 202-324 2399 but the mailbox is full. I remember talking to a person during my fingerprint. is there a # for FBI where we can talk to a person rather than answering machine?
 
I sent FAX directly (message box always full) to 202-324-3367 providing following:
