FBI name check

Hi!

Any one knows about the processing date of FBI name ?

Suppose my name check was initiated in March 11, 2006.. when do you think USCIS will get the result in the event of no hit?

If there is no hit, it probably takes a day or two. If there is, then anywhere from a few months to a few years. There is no officially published timeline for name checks and the processing is not FIFO. And btw, they make it really hard for you to check the status too ........
