FBI Name Check

I have been interviewed for Citiaenship back in September 14th, 05, and my application date was April 24, 05. My case is still pending for "FBI Name Check". I do travel a lot, and my questions is during this waiting period for Oath Ceremoney, will I have problem with my "Green Card" if I don't stay in the US for more than 180 days a year?
