FBI NAme check, This is new

I just spoke to the rep at TSC, We received a FP notice back in July (2nd FP), gave them on July 26th, Had LUD’s on both 26th and 27th. I have been checking with TSC once in a while to see what the status of my application is and was told that my Name check is pending all along.
The FP was cleared from FBI just after we gave them, i guess the LUD's were of those.

Today the rep tells me that my name check was never submitted to FBI and she will be submitting it soon and I should contact them back a month later. Has anyone heard of such a thing? Please post your comments and if anyone else in the same boat as me.

My advise, take infopass and check there...TCS IO may not be correct...
