FBI name check pending since 2003

Hello folks,


My I-485 has been pending since Augest 2003 because of FBI name check. Contacted my congressman and here is the response from USCIS in March 2007:

>>LIN 03259XXXXX
>>Employment-based 485

>>The 485 has been pre-adjudicated by an officer. A visa became available >>last month but the FBI name check is still pending.
>>The print will be current until about August of 2007.

>>Congressional Liaison
>>Nebraska Service Center
>>Homeland Security


Any thoughts on what it means by "The print will be current until about August of 2007"?
Anybody else out there has the same situation like me?


My case status:

EB3/Chinese
Priority date: July 2002
I-140 approved: July 2004
I-485 filed: August 2003 (Was told by USCIS that FBI name check was started short after the filing of I485)
 
You've waited long enough.

You have every right to sue throught WOM even it's not welcomed. I'm sure you will win.

May i ask what's holding you up from sueing for so long?
