Hi all,

I had some questions regarding FBI name check and I would
appreciate if you point me in the right directions. Thanks for
your help in advance.

a) What does FBI name check involve ? Is it checking in US or
home country?

b) How long does it take?

c) Is there a phone number to call and find out state of the application?
(I beleive the emails do not get answered promptly from FBI)

d) What options are available when it is stuck in FBI name check
for over a year?

e) Can your lawyer help in any way?
