FBI name check.Got reply from congressman

Wrote my congressman last week for name check stuck for 16 months got a reply from there office saying that they have contacted proper authorities at USCIS and have asked for there attention in delays on my case.And will conact me as soon as they hear from these officials.Based on what i have been reading on these forums that aint gonna help much as uscis would probably blame in ot fbi.I clearly wrote in my letter that it is stuck in fbi name check.
Should i write him again requesting him to write FBI or just wait and see what response uscis gives them

Congressman can't force FBI I think. If that was the best bet, my case would have finish by now.

I guess thats the only way to force USCIS to reuest FBI to finish the BG check (Note: You need to have show a lot of proof that you did a lot of things to solve the case before u go to court. congressman, senator, infopass.you may already know this i guess)
