FBI name check cleared. Now FP expired..How do i expedite 2nd FP notice..Please Help

Hi All,
I got a response from USCIS that my FBI name check has been finally updated in their database (3 months after the FBI sent it)
Now, my FP has expired. How do i expedite the letter from the USCIS to take a second set of fingerprints ?
Any suggestions ?

I-485 - April 2002
1st FP - Jan 2004
FBI name check cleared - Feb 2005

Contact local congressman office

It might get approved without second FP. However you are better to call USCIS 800 number, or contact congressman/senator since you are far behind TSC processing time. One of my friends got second FP notice about a week after contacted a local congressman(he walked in to the congressman office and a lady call TSC immediately).
