FBI name check by email/Fax

Hi, all.

Did anyone get reply form FBI for the name check inquired by email or fax since the Phone No. for it has been discontinued?

I have seen people on this forum sent email for a month and did not get any response.

is there any different number or so to find out abt FP ?

I did my FP on 10/28 but when they issued FP notice my status on website was never changed so I am assuming that even if they get it it would never change, any idea if I can find it via some other source like any FBI number or so?
