We did our FP2 on aug/12th 2004. Lud changed for both of us on aug-12 and aug-13. On aug-19 my LUD and MSG both changed. I called FBI to check the status of FP status and name check status on aug-19th. I was told that fp status was send to cis the same day. I left a msg for FBI name check with my contact numbers. Today i got a call from FBI stating that our name checks have been send to cis in march 2003. This was when we did our FP1.
Can anyone tell me if cis does name check every time we do FP. If that is the case what is the validity period for name checks?
