FBI FOIPA response -- No records found ..what does this mean ???

Just yesterday received mail response from FBI that no records were found against my name....What does this mean as far my name check with FBI is concerned ????

good news...

that means there is no hit for your name. Your records are clear. Now with this you can approach VSC again with expedite request saying that your records are clear so please initiate name check results to FBI again or if it is already pending at FBI, you can send an expedite request to FBI for clearing name check.

Any details on expedite FBI name check? It took me 3 months just to get your case has been delayed for 2+ years.
