FBI Fingerprint Check

I just got a call from the FBI saying that my fingerprints and Name Check were cleared on December 2002 and they have not recieved anything after that. That is wierd coz my Fingerprints were done on October 2003. But apparently, no request was sent to FBI.

What should I do?
 
You can do a status enquiry in your case as you are already past due. You can mention this FP goof-up in your enquiry.
 
Case Status?

How do I do that? When I called the CIS number the idiot IIO just said that I needed to wait because I had filed an RFE on 09/03 AND the current processing date was Feb 02. Tried explaining that my original date is Dec 2001 but she kept saying that since the case could not be processed till they recieved the RFE, I had to wait.
 
I have not generated a query myself but I read in lot of threads where people generated status enquiries or their attornies generated status enquiries. Look in the other thread and also I am hopeful that someone in this thread also share how to generate a status enquiry.
