FBI finger prints status

Hi Guys,

Can some body tell me how to check the status of my finger prints. My finger prints were done on November 10, 2004. The case is transferred from CSE to phoenix local office. The web site status is not updated any more.

Can i call an FBI office to check if the results of the finger prints have been returned.

My 2nd FP done 10/14 and the online status has not changed.
Guys, anybody with the information about how to find the status from
FBI, please reply.
