FBI checks FPs with 2 hrs

or within 24 hrs of submission for civil/ criminal purpose.....So for people whose FPs were returned to INS same day as FP done need not worry about rejection ....so the theory that FPs sent back to INS same day were rejected is WRONG !!

Thankyou for the taking the time to research into this and clearing up this misconception. But I would still say that it is better to go for the second or 3rd FP if we receive a notice until the case is approved. It does not hurt to do it again.

yep u are right....But u know what I fear if i do that ..Lets say my first FP is cleared...INS as usual might second FP notice ..if i go again and if that second FP is not cleared or has problems then I will be royally screwed !! my first correct FP might get overwritten by second !!!! hell i dont want that to happen.....

If by chance i get a second FP notice then I will call INS and ask whats going on .....
