Fax Reply from VSC on AP processing request.

I had sent in 2 faxes to VSC on 4/12 and 4/19 requesting them to process my AP as it has been pending since Nov 3. They have faxed back the std reply, that mine doesn't warrant expediate request.
It mentions CASE TYPE as I485!!!! while I have in upper case stated in the subject/ref, that this request is regarding I-131 TRAVEL DOCUMENT.
Anybody else with similar expereince.
 
Im my case I raised request for I-485 and they replied that your AP is approved. Which I know was already approved long time back.

They are just sending some information when they don't have answer to real queries. My service center is CSC
