Fax inquiry query!!

Hi all,
I had a question on fax enquiry. My ND for I-765 is 08/29/02. Since the JIT for my category is 09/09/02, could I send the fax now or do I need to wait till JIT is 09/29/02? My lawyer wouldn't answer this question. l:mad:

I am not sure if you can send FAX to INS I mean you can send it but INS will not respond. INS will respond (?) to only your lawyer who filed G-28 with your signature.
As far as date is concern this is not the right time wait I think you need to wait for 90 days or 120 from JIT dates. Some rule is there but lets see what other guys says.
 
If you don't receive EAD in time and need one, since you've passed 90 days, you can get an interim EAD.

Can't get iEAD!!

My problem is I live and work in Texas and my application has been filed from california since my company has an office in California. I was wondering if I can fax and get some attention on my case instead of going to california INS to get iEAD.
