Fax inquiry for 485

Can we send a Fax inquiry for 485 if less than 90 days are left in the lapse of the fingerprints (which is valid for 15 months after the fingerprints) ?????

I do not know why people are getting too worried about this .. Should we bother ??

What's gonna happen is going to happen dude. So just let things take it's course. No matter how much you and I flail about it's not going to make one iota of difference to the INS guyz. So if you have to get fingerprinted again just grin or curse whichever you prefer and bear it.
