Fax Enqiory response - pls respond

I have sent 2 fax queries for my I485. I would like to know that if they do respond back, is it usually by fax or by snail mail. Can people with similar experience please let me know.

I did sent inquiry almost three to four times by fax and i got responce within a week or two by mail.

I don't know what fax# you've but try this one it works. But make sure put all details on fax. Otherwise you'll not hear anything.
