Father US citizen filed for married daughter's family based in India, paid NVC fees, need an advice

I130 approved - priority date March 05, 2001.

US Citizen father filed for married daughter's family based in India.
Already paid $70 for petitioner and $400 each for an application directly to NVC online. Also status is paid on NVC's website. Payment made on August 2009.

Now I like to know what is next and how complicated process will be.

Please advise also do we need an attorney or can be done without.

Read the USCIS website on family sponsored GCs. If you are unable to understand the process after reading this and the information on the many forums, get an attorney to assist. In addition. some communities have organizations who provide self-help classes for new and potential immigrants.
