Hi, my father applied for my sister as LPR for unmarried Child under 21 , we got the approval notice and case was sent to NVC. Now her visa # is almost current.
My father died right before we got the approval notice and case was in NVC's hand.
Just want to know can I (US citizen) or my Mother LPR can take over that application.
If so what is the procedure sinece its already in NVC
