Father petition and the priority date become avaible what to do next?

Hi everybody,


My father have filed the petition for me since Nov 2002. As I check the visa bulletine recently the it shows that the priority date is Nov 2002. What is the next step I should do. I am already in the US.
 
I am the asylee. I have already file the I-485 base on asylum however it got stuck with the material support bar. I don't know when I will get my greencard. I want to try to get my green card base on my father petition. I am not sure if I file another I-485 base on my father petition, will it get stuck like the one base on asylum or not. anybody have any idea.
 
I believe this case is beyond the scope of this forum. You should talk to a very competent attorney because the INA is explicit in denying visas to terrorists and those who provide material support to FTO's. I remember even Nelson Mandela was at one time denied a visa because he was a member of the ANC's military command.
