Fate of old methods now?

Fate of RIR and Regular cases now?

What's the fate of RIR or Regular cases filed between Jan 1st 2005 and March 28th? I found several mixed opinions(or information) about this.
BEC or NPC ?
Anyone knows for sure?

In all probability it's going to be BEC for sure. NPC is gearing up for PERM and they will not take any additional cases.
