Hi! I need some opinion in filing I-130 and I-485. My friend is in California and he will file a petition for his spouse who is in Saipan a US territory, Saipan is under the jurisdiction of Guam. Is it faster if they file the petition in Guam rather than sending it to California for I-130 and Chicago for I-485?
Or can they send the I-130 to California and wait until they received the I-797 and submit the I-485 afterwards to Guam?
