Fastest way of GC for H1 holder

Hi,

I am .NET 8 years in J2EE and MS.NET technologies on H1. I have question that how much time Green card processing takes on average when you file it the fastest ways. And is there a way that i can file in such a way that i get GC in less than two years. i listened so thats why i am asking.

do you have 4 years Bachelors + MS from USA and are you from a non retrogressed country ?

If you are retrogressed or have 3 years Bachelors .you would be waiting for more than 4 years depending on your visa dates
