Most of them are EB2. They are clearing majority of EB3. From our company 4 cases were approved in the span of 1 month with the different notice dates of Jan, Feb, Mar, and June.
Even though it is painful to wait, just because they filed in Eb2 catogery, they will get the double(140+485) very soon. Otherwise there is no reason to stop processing EB2 cases.

Almost EAD, AP became current. EB3 is around 3-4 months. Next in the line are EB2. Best of luck to all EB2 and get ready to have GC soon.

Its been nothing but Heartburn for EB2 Guys, but surely they will be the first ones to benfit from the FM Memo.I have no doubts about that.

I doubt. The load will be just too large for VSC. Besides there is no FP notice till now - in any case FP notice (in bulk) is needed before we can speculate about FO memo. With EB3 reaching April 01, 2004 officially, it looks less possible that EB2 of pre-April ones will get benefit either.

If at all EB2 has to start - it has to start now, else there will be a very very long wait.
