Faster processing of green card

I am evaluating offer from two companies ready to sponsor green card using RIR method for faster labor clearance. One offer is from Boise Idaho, and other from Chicago. I was wondering if some body can tell me that would there be difference in processing time between boise, idaho and chicago as i belive they would both go nebraska. I need some quick info on processing time as i need to evaluate offer and decide

I would look to the following factors:
1) experience of each companies with a green card/ to learn about their immigration attorney (if possible)
2) their flexibility keeping you under the same/similar type of jobs. This is very critical , given lengthy processing times.
3) their financial stability. Ability to pay in a long-term.

If all factors are the same. I would go with Chicago job, it is the major US city more jobs and access to the markets.

By the way, do not assume that they will file in Nebraska. Some companies may choose to file through centralized processing under one center (usaully it is where companies headquarters located. )
