Hi friends!
Since different states processing times for labor is different, should one file a Lbor from a state which is current in its labor? Is the chance of getting labor done faster there, ( within a few mths, as compared to years, as in California).My labor is pending since April 30, 2001, and still the current date being processed is 4/19/2001. I am asked to wait atleast 6/7 more mths, for it to be current.and then 4/30/2001 has 26,000 applications pending. Can anyone give a reasonable estimate , when it would be done?
