Ex wife is unconditional green card holder. Child was abducted for eight months internationally. UFAP warrant was issued, then dropped due to the underlying warrant being set aside while negotiating plea bargain for return.
Child was ordered returned under Hague Convention. She did not abide by the hague ruling, and the child was taken by police and returned with me. State felony custodial interference warrant was reissued. She remained abroad as a fugitive for more than one year. She wrote a letter stating her intent to permanently relocate. Returned to the USA and was recently arrested. Currently out on bond.
What is the most expedient way to get ICE to take her into custody. She is mentally unstable, and I do not feel my child is safe outside of my sight while she is local, despite protective orders.
