My mother applied for my brother on "Family Second Preference (F2):" category 10 years ago
At that time my brother was not married, after waiting for several years he got married

Recently consulate general is asking him whether he wanted to continue the application

Could you kindly advise whether it make any reason to pursue further in this application and will there be any chance of getting this approved

thanks in advance for your advice

By getting married, your brother has lost his eligibility..... unless he lies about his marital status.

Now, if your mother can apply for citizenship so then...but no I think then his priority date will be lost anyway...:(
