I have an 11 year old daughter who joined me in the USA early last year. Her Visa is about to expire and l wonder how that would affect her status based on the fact that l just got approved for my Citizenship and she is in my documents. Are my to file for extension of Visa for her while l await my oath letter or does she have to go back home?
