I want to apply for OCI for my entire family.
Myself/spouse and 3 children....

Do we have to do the following
- One applicaiton with parents and 2 children and
- The other application - just for one of my children?


I was thinking of applying as follows
- One application with myself and 2 children and
- The other for my spouse and one of my children.
Is this acceptable?

Based on what I know, second option is acceptable. You don't need both parents to apply together. I know a friend who did for himself and 2 kids while his wife was still waiting for oath ceremony to become US citizen.
