My parents got their green card a few years ago and i was 23 at that time, not married.
I met a guy recently who said he was in the same situation and got his green card along with his parents... now i am in the US on a H1B and the rest of my family is here on GCs (4 siblings and parents) ... do i have any other options apart from waiting for them to become citizens and then filing for me?
If i need to hire a lawyer then i am willing to do so.. just need to know if there are any other possibilities

also if my parents applied for my immigration now and i got married in a year and tehy became citizens would that still cancel this application or can it be moved to the citizen category?

If you get married while your parents are still LPRs, that would cancel your application. Them getting citizenship later wouldn't revive it; you'd have to apply all over again.

But if you remain unmarried and then they get citizenship, you can have the category upgraded to reflect their citizenship status.
