My petition date in April 96. I am usa on H1 visas.
I recently recived papers while include Choice Of Agent & Address Form.(DS 3032). I sent those papers & if i am correct now i will get papers for I-864. I have a question that as my processing has started & i am in usa, Is thier any way where i can apply for work permit ..
