I am a Green card holder maintainig my status staying In India.
I had filed Family based immigration petition in Feb 2003 and the application has reached to a stage where in I have to file the I864 form.
I would greatly appreciate if any one can provide the information for the following -
1. Since I was in India all this time, do I need to show the Tax returns filed in USA.
2. If a child is born before my Wife gets the Green card, can I file for the children with in the same case or would it mean that I have to file in another case which would mean waiting another 5 yrs for my children to get GC.
