Hi

Can any one please shed some light on Family Based Category IV Visa.

One of my Cousins Relative in US applied Family Based Category IV Visa in 1997 and he lives in India. He got his I-130 Approval in 1997.

Now he got married Does he has to wait for Visa Numbers or Can he apply for his wife and kids
