I am here in USA on H-4 Visa (Dependent of an Non-immigrant Worker). My Husband is having H-1B Visa which is valid upto
Aug 2005. My Mother has just become US Citizen. If My mother files I-130 (petition for Alien Relative), it will take about 6 to 7 years for me to become permenant resident.

Is there any way by which this period can be shortend..?
Is there any advantage for me being in US..?
Is there any way I can get some kind of staus in US and I don't have leave US when our visa period is over ..?

Unfortunately no. You will have to wait.

Again unfortunately no.

Again, unfortunately no! You will have to maintain valid status while your application is pending.

Of course your husband has the option to apply for employment based green card.

Can I Use I-485 (Adjustment of Status) ...?

Will 245(i) help me ...?
To apply for I-485 you need to have an approved I-130 AND have your priority date current. It will take 4-6 years to get your PD current.
I don't think 245(i) will help you.
