Hi,
can someone help me out with this issue. Here is the situation.:- Last week NVC sent my father I-864 application and I got a letter to pay $335.00. Now, my son is 22 and my daughter is 25. I am just wondering if they are still eligible for GC under CSPA act. I am asking this because at the time when my I-130 was approved my son was 17 and my daughter was 20. I am confused with the legal terms....from what i understand is that my daughter might have trouble as she was 22 when the CSPA act was enacted by PRESIDENT BUSH (aug 6, 2002). However, my son was only 20.
I would really appreciate it if Mr. Rajiv could put some insight into this....or anyone who understood the CSPA act for that matter.
THanks
