Family based greencard for US Citizen's sister who is already in USA via employment visa

Hi - I am a US Citizen. Can i sponsor my sister who is already in USA via employment visa through her employer. Also would like to know if i can file her I-130 and I-485 togather as she is already in USA.

I-130 and I-485 cannot be filed together for siblings because there is a 12+ year wait (after I-130 filing) to become eligible to file I-485.

You can initiate the process by filing I-130 right now, but she probably will be outside the US 12+ years from now, or would have obtained a green card through another route by that time, so she probably won't end up filing I-485 (if outside the US when the time comes, she'd file DS-230 or DS-260 with the consulate, instead of I-485).
