I'd like to hear from anybody that was in that transfer of 5000 or so I-130 applicants (K-3 applicant) from the TSC to Missouri to clear out the backlog. Has anybody from that group with a receipt date of late 2001 received an approval on their I-130 yet? They have been stuck in 11/01 for the last 6 months or so and don't seem to be moving. The TSC meanwhile has moved to 12/02. Although I did catch the Missouri posting a 2002 processing date (corrected in the next posting back to 2001) and found out the call center cannot send an inquiry on this to Missouri since the receipt number is tied to the TSC.

K-3(applicant)

It's sad that nothing seems going on with the so called NSC regarding K-3 applicant for almost 6 months. From look of things it's going to take about 4yrs for the k-3s to get the plastic since the 1-30 would have to be approved b4 1-485 can be dealt with. I'd urge late 2001 applicants to keep calling the appropriate arreas.
