I am a US citizen and want to apply Green card for My brother, I know I have to fill in I-130 form. Here are my questions.

1. My brother is married and has two young kids do I apply for all of them in one I-130 form?
2. Do I have fill out G-325A form for my brother, myself or his wife and kids, with the application.
3. What kind of supporting documents I need to submit? I have a copy of his birth certificate and mine.
4. Do I have to submit his marriage certificates and his kids birth certificates?
5. Do I submit the application at the chicago office?

Thank you!

You will file one I-130 only and nothing else for your brother. At this time you will only need to attach documents proving your relationship with him. Birth certificate is just fine. On form I-130 you will also document his wife and kids name. If you are not from the Philippine, it may take around nine plus years.
Go to the USCIS website and get the I-130 form, it will tell you where to file.
Good Luck!
