Family based GC question

I am currently in the US working on a H1-B visa and my husband is on an F1 student visa. My sister is a US citizen and she is interested in sponsoring us for a US Green Card. I would like to know if this is possible, and if so how long would this entire process take. Also, would appreciate if any of you can forward contact information of immigration firms/attorneys who have had previous experience in handling such cases (preferably located within MI/OH). Well she can sponsor you but it takes 12-14 years to complete whole process. Since siblings don't count as immidiate relative. It will be the best if your company is ready to file for GC for you.
