I dint find any thread regarding the age-out process, so I thought I would start one to share information about the age-out process.
Here is my question, it would be really helpful if someone
could clarify my doubt.
My parents were applied for their F-4 visa by my mother's brother.
They should be getting their green cards in a few months, but I aged-out
in 2003.
Could somebody tell me if I would retain their prioirity date if they apply
for my f2b visa when they get to the US.
