I was interviewed for my AOS on January 9, 2003 and was told that the approval will be mailed within a 2-3 weeks. No word yet from INS. Anybody in the same boat? How long is the current waiting period before I receive the approval?
 
What was your I-485 receive date? That is when did INS received your I-485 file. When did you receive the interview call (date)? Will appreciate this information as I am also waiting for my Interview call with a receive date of September 13, 2001.
 
I applied in August 2001 (AOS based on marriage to USCS) and still waiting for the interview . On Nov.27 2002 got a letter from INS (response to my status inquiry) that I should receive my appt letter within 30-45 days but nothing yet...
Anyone with AOS RD of 2001 please share your timeline.

EAD Issued on: September 18, 2001
Fingerprint: Mid January 2002
EAD Renewal: September 2002
Notice of Interview: Mid December 2002
Interview: January 9, 2003
