fall under H1 quota?

I am currently finishing my MBA and had worked earlier for 3 yrs on H1B visa in a software position. When I apply for H1B, will I be counted again against the 65,000 (or 20,000) quota? I was initially thinking that I won't be counted against the quota, but given that I will be in finance position post-MBA and my previous H1 was approved for software position, I want to clarify it in this news forum.

Any insights would be much appreciated.

Thanks a lot.

I was looking to get some inputs from this forum. If anyone has any opinion for my case, I would really appreciate those comments.

Thanks again.

My understanding is that when you have been counted against the quota once then you are exempt unless you stay out of US for a full year. I don't think time spent in US on another visa/studying counts and they don't seem to care what you are going to do with the new H1 this time, so the degree is not really relevant.
If someone knows that I am wrong please correct me.

Thanks for your response. I hope what you said is true and I don't fall under the 20,000 limit.

Thanks again, and if anyone else has something else to chime in, please do.
