Failure message on sending to ChennaiSAO@state.gov e-mail ID

I got pink form 221(g) and was asked to send additional information via e-mail to Consulate during my interview. While I sent information via e-mail to ChennaiSAO@state.gov, i got one auto reply and followed by a postmaster exchange failure message. Did anyone face the similar problem?

Is my e-mail reached to Consulate or not??
