F4 Petition name change issue

I applied for my brother and his family for F4 family category and as we are aware that in India many of them have two names one official and one is calling names. So when I filed for them 11 years back I put my brother's son and daughters name which was not an official name and now they got a letter from BCIS to send visa fees for my bother and his family. My brother found out that his kids names are not the one that they have in schools and birth certificates. Does any one know what should be done now to change their names with BCIS. Thanks in advance.

Diff Name

I read your Brother Kids name problem your Brother have, All you have to need kids date of birth certificate, which showing child name by birth, mother and father name, You need only copy of that birth certificate, and copy of passport, then write request lettle to NVC. good luck

ASAK, thanks for you reply. You are right I was able to have NVC change their names by now, they have already paid the fees etc and waiting for thier interview.
