We got mail from the department on 26 December 2024.

I am from India and my maternal Aunt filed our family file. So am I eligible under CSPA? If not, should I spend any time or money to file for petition any further to get approval? Can I request them to consider my application as it was slowed due to Covid.
 
I assume you are India given the priority date vs date of your notification for filing documents. This priority date was current in August 2025, so that is what I have used in the CSPA calculation. Your CSPA age as at that date was 22 years 29 days so unfortunately you have aged out. There is no appeal process, you are either eligible by law or you are not.
