Need information parents who needs to file AOS for over-21 son with an approved I-130 that was approved when Son was under 21. Due to age-out he moved from F2A to F2B.
Now AOS is near, the parents have filed for naturalization and waiting for Oath ceremony and the F1 due date is one year behind F2B. How easy(or tough) is it to opt out from F1 to F2b under CSPA? what is the exact process? Any forms to fill out?
