F2b-f1-f3 For Children Over Age 21

I have brother/sister F4 petitions pending. It is certain that their kids over age 21 will need to be sponsored by their parents after they recieve their "Green Card". I want to make sure that I understand the law perfectly.

1. It is my undertanding that that F2B for unmarried children over age 21 will convert into a 1st preference petition if the sponsoring parent becomes a naturalised USC, retaining its original priority date.

2. And that F1 petition can become a F3 petition if the children of the USC get married, retaining its original priority date or will it be since the naturalisation date of the parents?

So the petition will convert from F2B-F1-F3

However, if the beneficiary of the F2B petition gets married before the sponsoring parent becomes a USC, then that petition will terminate and a new petition with a new priority date will have to be filed upon naturalisation of the sponsoring parent.

Am I correct in my assumptions about the law?

You'are exatly right! If your nephew gets married after your
brother becomes citizen but before coming to US then his wife can come with him as well. I'm meanwhile trying for my nephews
to get here on H1.
